CHAIN MAIL: Pray Effectively in 8 Short Seconds!

Apparently, the Bishop T.D. Jakes has authored an "8 Second Prayer":

"Lord, I love you and I need you, come into my heart and bless me, my family, my home, and my friends, in Jesus' name. Amen."

Additionally, I am told, if one e-mails this to enough recipients, one "will receive a miracle tomorrow." For some reason, I doubt that this "quid pro quo" originated with either the good bishop or the Almighty.

This is a concise prayer that seems to "cover the bases," but spending more than eight seconds communicating with one's Maker probably wouldn't hurt things.
