Let's Feel Good About Ourselves

Apparently filthy rich celebrities think the only way they can raise money for a charitable cause is by asking you to make donations. Instead of spending the day answering phones, why not just give a day's wages to the cause? I suspect that more money might be raised that way.

My skeptics should seek a refresher on the power of comparative advantage.
